FAQ
Step 1: Use the included Spoolie to brush your brow hairs.
Step 2: Choose a stencil of your desired brow shape. The Kit comes with 10 stencils. You must buy the Brow Stamp + Stencil Kit in order to get the stencils with your order.
Step 3: Untwist the cap, the powder is located the lid, not in the sponge! You need to cover the lid to get the powder.
Step 4: Align the Stencil to match up your brows evenly.
Step 5: Stamp the brow, till your desired look.
Step 6: Wipe off the reusable stencils. Rinse & repeat daily!

Bathing & Washing your face should not wash off. Depends on type of cleanser. If you are oily skin then we recommend applying a light amount of setting powder or setting spray after stamping your brows. This will help ensure that the product stays put all day!
It depends on your face shape. We have plenty of stencils to choose from. So you shouldn’t have a problem.
It can be removed with any desired cleansing oil or remover, of your choice. We recommend you to cleanse the stencils regularly also.

Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Yes, of course. It is good for thin eyebrows. There are 10 different stencils. You could find different shapes from our stencils, including the shape good for thin eyebrows. The thin brows If the stencils do not work out for you, please get in touch with us!
At this time we only have colors Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown & Soft Black. Please refer to our color chart on the product page. We will release more colors soon! So don't worry!
We suggest you choose the color that suits you or is lighter than your hair. If the color is too dark, stamp the brow stamp on a paper towel before application to remove excess product.
If the color is too light, simply apply another layer- adding another layer will darken the pigment.
If the color is not right for you, you contact us & we will help you!
The powder is in the lid, not in the sponge. You need to cover the lid to get the powder. The eyebrow stamp can dry out if you do not close it all the way.
The Kit comes with 10 stencils to choose from. Usually you should find one the fits similar to your brow shape.
Remember to hold the stencil on your brow area with a widened two-finger hold (your index finger and middle finger are usually best).
